Tess had practiced acupuncture fora
decade
before discovering the community style.
Her prior practice in California and then in the Boston area were built on private sessions. She has successfully treated many conditions including infertility, neurological disorders, skin conditions, ear pain, side effects of chemotherapy, muscular/joint conditions, and many others. She teaches classes on Traditional Chinese Medicine for the general public.
Two years ago, Tess became acquainted with community acupuncture and its demonstrated success as a treatment style. It is her belief that the healing energy activated in acupuncture treatment is magnified in a group setting.
Besides being an acupuncturist, she is a cook dedicated to the traditional cooking styles of many countries. She particularly enjoys fermenting food and beverages. Her hero and cooking teacher is the Weston Price Foundation’s founder, Sally Fallon.
She lives in rural central Massachusetts where she maintains a large, organic garden with her husband, two sons, and a variety of wild and domestic animals.
